In the past Zak Roof was an on again off again type of trainer. He would be in the weight room for awhile, then he would disappear for awhile. This winter he has had a new mind set. He has been a consistent figure in our after school training sessions. I think he has been training 5 days a week, almost all winter. Zak will be a Senior this season, he understands this is the last go round, and that he needs to lead by example. I've seen him helping younger guys with technique, pushing others to get better. We need guys like Zak, he's understanding that he can have an impact on our football team. Thats what role players do, they make you better, because of their unselfish nature. For his great 5 day work week this week and great winter, Zak Roof is this week's Player of the Week. Great Job.
